Just thinking about this fight I was wondering how in course of it is Manny gonna deal with Cotto's power??

Cotto punches hard as hell and we saw what he can do with his body work.. but we don't know how Manny can take them since he hasn't really been hit by anyone harder then Erik Morales and Juan Manuel Marquez. He took the punches without a problem but Cotto is on another level since he is so much bigger.

Manny walked through Diaz with really taking a punch.
Smashed De La Hoya and I really don't remember him take anything resembling a punch.
    Same with Hatton..

Cotto is a guy that will hit you wheather you're hitting him or not.
What will happen to Manny's speed and explosiveness once he gets Cottos left to the liver?

    Actually I'm kinda worried.

Actually in this fight of pac with cotto, the only big chance for cotto to win is his power. If pac can execute a game plam that will negate that, or if pac can handle well his punches cotto is in for serious problem.

Yep. Pacquiao is going to have his hands full. Cotto is clever, well selected, well delivered, and well powerful.

Cotto's power will only be in effect if it hits Pac.

    Pac's ellusiveness is underrated.

Cotto just needs to time his punch and throw it on a better position which Pac couldn't see or evade(yes Pac is not a defensive person, he evades all the shots).

He should be fine. Unless hit really flush but his offense should stop that from happening.

His offense being his defense mainly. And Cotto's sort of lack thereof.

Hope to see pac reaction to cotto's powershot but the problem is, will cotto be able to land them the way he wanted to?

Well, team Pac's biggest concern against Hoya was the jab, a jab that was non existent in the fight. I think this would be Cotto's biggest weapon and his jab is a big one. If he keeps it going I think he could control Pac.

Oscar's jab was there. It just wasn't landing and Pac was taking advantage of it while Hoya was pulling out his jab.

That's exactly what I want to see . . . that's why I'm very much into this fight.

BTW . . . power is nothing if the fighter can't hit the target. :yep
