All Roach said was "somebody asked me not to let them spar at this camp". I think people are reading waaayyy to much into that. Could be that they just need a change of sparring partners before Marquez, could be they are considering Khan as the next opponent after him. Could be any number of things, but none of us can know.

Are you serious? Khan's chin would never hold up against Pac. Doesn't matter how many times they spar, Pac will knock Khan the **** out if they fought for real.

Not sure if Roach was being mischevious but it seems that the two may meet at some point but depending on certain conditions. IF Pac finally fights May and IF he beats him and IF a rematch isn't made, then a retirement fight might be made with Khan. The money on offer, depending if Khan carries on winning and blitz's the WW division, would make mega money.

I doubt if Pac and Khan will ever fight. If they continue to spar, it'll be more for Khan's benefit than Manny's, even if he fights Mayweather....

I'm all for Khan and Pac being buddies, but if they didn't belong to the same trainer, do you guys think they would make good friends?

Khan's persona is closer to a Mayweather than a Pacquiao.

If one of them leaves Roach, look for a WWE-ish plot on the buildup to the fight.

    This is old.

In boxing, stranger matchups have been made, and Pacquiao's people were just mindful of a Khan fight down the road. They probably just wanted to feel at ease knowing a potential future opponent isn't sparring regularly with their guy.

Anyway, it's Roach, being Manny's trainer, who has the final say on who his fighter spars.

Maidana hurt him badly, and if Maidana was any faster he could have finished him off (probably). Pac would hit him with A LOT more punches and coming from different angles. I'm not saying he has a glass jaw, but it's not gonna hold up against Pac.

In a real fight with no headgear, I can't see Khan making it past 10 rounds, unless Pacquiao shows his trademark humility and carries him to the end. He'll have a good few rounds to begin with, but once Pacquiao begins making the necessary adjustments, he'll be too much for him.

like sombody said, khan might get the better of pac during sparring because they have differentgloves and head gear. its more of a technical fight where amirs length and high tempo might score more points. however put them in a proper fight and pacs counter shots will take an effect and slow khan rights down.

Khan should get the better of him, he's _ucken head n shoulders bigger than him and in reality a full division heaveir than him!!!

No shame for the Pacman or any fighter fighting truely bigger men, the real question should be "Khan when are U going to fight a Prime fighter the same size who can mix it and punch to prove ur true worth.

    Prime fighter the same size!
