USADA doesn't approve anything. Doctors approve which medications can be taken for an injury. All USADA wants to know is what medications an athlete is using prescribed by a doctor so there are no false positives on the test. Excusequiao fans are too dumb to know USADA's role as a testing agency. It just shows how stupid some people are on this board still using the USADA approved excuse.
