Yup by being approved by USADA it probably means that it isn't om their list of banned substances not that they are approving him to use it for the fight...and even if they were how long did we hear Pac fans saying that what the athletic commission regulates is all that matters?
Todoral is a painkiller that's OK'd for use by USADA for him to use NSAC sabotaged Pacquaio by denying him at the last minute the use of a cleared painkiller Mayweather had his Xylocaine though Didn't he which is ILLEGAL
I have no idea you idiot You might try asking Cotto that the way he suddenly acquired knock out power. Maybe his wraps were loaded??
Hes clearly trying to say that USADA is specifically an anti-doping agency not a commission that oversees every aspect of a fight. So Todoral being "approved" by them means nothing.
USADA doesn't approve anything. Doctors approve which medications can be taken for an injury. All USADA wants to know is what medications an athlete is using prescribed by a doctor so there are no false positives on the test. Excusequiao fans are too dumb to know USADA's role as a testing agency. It just shows how stupid some people are on this board still using the USADA approved excuse.
We're suggesting that it's no serious torn rotator cuff surgery, it's quite a minor one. He already has that sling off and he can move that right hand very well. Go to his instagram FFS. He's moving it around, holding up flags, taking selfies. :yep
Xylocaine is legal in Nevada. Joke Coach Roach should of had Ellerbe bring some over into the dressing room for Manny to shoot in his shoulder.
