Pacquiao’s camp blames Arum on ‘no-title’ fiasco

But title belts are overrated so it wouldn't mean anything about 7th division titles.

It doesn't mean **** yet they officially recognize him as a SIX time world champion in five different weight classes?

 

It's the mark of a greedy fighter: taking an opponent below a weight but expecting him to put his title on the line.

 

Yup. He brags about winning 6 world titles in 5 different weight class but he never once mention how he got those title belts lol.

 

We all know why Bob Arum rushed the decision for the fight. I will give you two reasons.

1. He wanted to up stage Mayweather V Marquez bout but now it looks as if it has proved to be more of a child like embarassment, as two grown men cant agree on a contract under the same roof.

2. Mosley was showing that Pac was chickening out when Mosley gave in to all his demands and was offering to fight pac at any weight. Arum rushed the Cotto V Pac fight to stop Mosley talking. When the last time you heard from Mosley since?

Now Arum has got egg on his face.

By the way if Pac and his team cant even agree a simple fight with Miguel Cotto then I truley now believe that any fight with Mayweather is out the question as Mayweather is 10 times worse at negotiations than anyone Pac has been up against.

 

He doesn't need to mention how he got them, you expect buffer to mention his life story while introducing him in the ring to the newbies in the crowd?

People that know the sport will know how he got them and Mayweather never bragged so much about them. What I told you was how he's introduced in the ring by the ring announcer.

 

Are you saying Cotto is greedy? Cotto >Greedy? Is that belong in the same sentence? Isn't Pacquiao getting 65 or 70 percent of the purse for this fight and Cotto is being greedy? Wow.

 

Pac is getting really greedy lately. I saw this in the Hatton negotiations and now with cotto. A fight with mayweather will never happen if he keeps this up.

There was nothing like that in the Hatton negotiations, they went to 140 to make the fight happen, the only thing they were asking slightly more for was money and they ended up agreeing in the end.

A fight with Mayweather will happen. With Mayweather moving down for Marquez it's pretty clear he's preparing for a catchweight before going in against Pac and Pac is doing the same with Cotto.
