I wouldn't be massively surprised if he ends up fighting Mayweather next. I probably wont happen (how many times has it fell through before) but Pacquaio's 3 other options aren't very appealing and it's a little strange that they haven't announced the opponent yet. Pacquaio could finally have told Arum he wants Mayweather next, and Mayweather will be looking for an opponent too.

It'd be 3 years too late. But from their perspectives, both would still make lots of money from the fight and it would leave the door open for a rematch in 2013.

It is unlikely, but I just have a sneaking suspicion.

Pac's a straight up b1tch simple as.... and people blame Mayweather for the mega fight never coming off. Look now he's playing mind games with Cotto!

HBO PPV has already approved the date switch for Pacman. That leaves Cotto at MSG with Showtime the only alternative. Here we go again.
Cotto will do great in New York at the box office but will suffer heavily on PPV unless it's Mayweather-and I can't see Floyd fighting in New York.

Call it rite Now...Pac Vs Floyd in Early 2013 or May.

If this is true, I think Arum Knows the Public dont want to see Pac V/s anyone other than Floyd!
He was selling PPV's because of his Story, But not that **** is Stale, as we know Americans have Short Attention Span(hence the 15mins of Fame saying) so the Pac-Mainia **** is all But over

The thing Floyd has over him-Floyd knows how to sell a Fight He could fight anyone
from Garcia,Cotto,Sergio,Khan, even The Ghost and he will sell 1 mill just off Promo.
Dude have a Whole List of(new) Options at 154
BOB ****ing Pac over by fighting the Same ****ers over and over(Stale)...
Why not Fight some of the other top 10 fighters at 147?? Clean up the Division??

This or Mayweather told them he would be good to go for 12/1.

TMT promotions needs Mayweather in a big fight to get their business started and some leverage with the networks. Bradley or Marquez is too risky for Pac at this point as another loss would kill whatever momentum is left for the Mayweather fight

For Pac on 12/1 it'll be either Cotto or Mayweather and I'd say it's a toss up right now. From the outside looking in, it looks like Pacquiao may be trying to accomodate Mayweather and we know May is looking for that fight.

    :lol::lol::lol::lol:

Arum will claim there is not enough time to promote a Dec 1st Mayweather fight. He will do another boring Top Rank in house fight. Not sure how they are going to sell a Bradley fight to the public. The first fight did 900k PPV buys a rematch would do half of that. Nobody wants to watch that crap again.

Pac, if you want to fight cotto fight him at his ****ing natural weight don't change the date of your fight to force him to accept the catchweight. if cotto called pac out it would be different but no cotto isn't calling pac out. if pac wants the fight he should fight at cottos weight.

Cotto just got muscled off his spot. Either fight Pac or lose millions.

Cotto vs Canelo can move to January/February or stay on 12/1 and give Pac-Bradley 2 a real battle.

I'm hoping the 12/1 move is to accomodate Mayweather. We should know in the next few days.
