It’s Cotto. He would’ve beaten Marquez and Barrera, catch weight and all. Keep in mind that Manny wasn’t really any bigger than Marquez.

I agree with what your saying and my logic doesn't always work in every circumstance, Leonard vs Hagler is a good example of that in all honesty.

I'd say Marquez and Barrera are pretty closely rated in the all time rankings, and the manner in which Pacquiao defeated Barrera just edges it for me.

But again i'm not trying to force my opinion down people's throats, i realize it's all subjective but that's just how i see it.

Hatton enjoyed being bigger than Mayweather while not having to sweat down to 140. The line of thinking involving the Collazo fight does not apply to the Mayweather fight. And 140 played against him against Pac, who was also smaller than him.

I totally get where you're coming from, no worries at all. My apologies if it seems like I'm forcing my opinion on you as well. Boxing is very subjective like you said and Irespect everyone's opinion.

I’m not sure he was ever better than the night he destroyed Hatton but his wins over Barrera and DLH stand out to me because he was not expected to win and he just took them both apart. Between 2003 and 2009, Pacquiao became a legend.

You know, ever since Manny Pacquiao came onto the scene (ledwaba, agapito Sanchez r.i.p.) those days, up until the end of his historic run, it's either I would watch fights for free on my phone or computer, unless it was Pacquiao night! I would either be at the casino, cousins place , or friends place, heavy drinking involved lol. I just didn't want to risk having the buffering of a live stream! For Thurman and Broner fights, me and all the Pinoys waited till about midnight for Manny to enter the ring it was worth it everytime! Even one time at a bar or a restaurant. I went foolish on the Manny Pacquiao gear: 4 flipping t shirts, a tribal Rosary, a jersey (DIGOS) some mini punching gloves to hang on my rear view mirror in my car, a touque, and also a official PAC vs money Mayweather key chain/ necklace with a card slot for a ticket to the fight, that my brother picked up for me in Vegas. we went to the bar called chez pareh or something, with a 5 dollar fee to watch the fight, we got a free beer with it. Lol my buddy who was driving picked up five cokes instead of one beer lol drinks were 5$ for a beer $1 for a cola, so five softdrinks for the price of one beer!

No Margarito? Especially considering the weight advantage.

I’d say either Barrera or Hatton.

Barrera - shockingly dominant win over 1 of the top P4P rated fighters on the planet, who hadn't officially lost a fight since the (controversial) 1st Morales fight. This was akin to a Jones-Toney level of surprise dominance.

DeLaHoya - the win that shocked the world. Regardless of what state DLH was in @the time of this fight, the magnitude of the win can't be understated.

Cotto - this may not necessarily have seemed like Pac's biggest win @the time, but has been enhanced by Cotto's subsequent win of the lineal MW title.

Thurman - great late career win over an otherwise undefeated, elite opponent.

I could see a case for any of these wins being considered "the greatest" depending on your perspective.
