A few observations, some of which have already been made....... DLH did'nt have shoes in that side by side photo, and Pac had elevator shoes on. Its not going to make a difference, but imo DLH gave Pac a glimmer of hope by coming in at 145 lbs. I was at work when someone notified me that DLH officially weighed 145 lbs......I could'nt believe it. Initially I thought he overtrained, but coming home looking at the weighin pictures, DLH looks great......obviously he did'nt severely dehydrate to make weight. DLH's face does'nt have that gaunt look thats stereotypical of a fighter struggling to get down to the weight. Why 145 lbs, when DLH needs size to beat Pacquiao?.......Imo, credit must go to Nacho Beristein, for the great shape that he's gotten DLH in. Since DLH's face imo is'nt showing any signs of severe dehydration, I've got to credit his 145 lbs weight to the roadwork that Nacho put him through. I still think that more mass would have served DLH better, mass and the jab is the key to a dominating victory for DLH. DLH is still the much bigger fighter.......when he scales in at 147 lbs, I'd usually expect him to come into the ring at 160 lbs give or take a pound.... I'd expect him to gain 12 lbs by fight time and weight about 157 lbs. I doubt Pac will be past the welterweight limit. About a 10 lbs weight advantage for DLH. Pac looks in great shape as usual. If Pac happens to pull of a miracle, I'll be jumping up and down in gleeful joy. I'd love nothing more than to see DLH embarassed...... Its not going to happen however....:?.....to tell you the truth, I'd pick DLH to clearly win, even if he looked gaunt having trouble making the weight.....sadly, that is'nt the case. Imo, DLH will end the fight anytime he wishes past the 4th round......he could end it earlier of course, but I think that by the 4th, it will be quite evident that Pac is in over his head as a Welter. DLH should be in complete control of the fight by the 4th, and he'll likely end it anytime he wishes after that. My guess is DLH KO 6 Pac......and shame on Freddie Roach if it becomes quite evident that Pac is'nt going to win and lets Manny take a beating. This is one time that I hope I'm dead wrong in my analysis, but I'm just not seeing it.
