I can remember people saying that it doesn't seem very intense when the video was first posted . He does a bit more than that in the gym, but I don't think it's much more.
Ive started these types of situps cuz i feel more of a burning sensation around my stomac. trust me its harder on ur stomac when u try the above excersises. Full situps (i think it maybe the momentum of the swing) burn my thighs more and hurt my back
