The tests won't prove he hasn't used PEDS in the past. The tests will insure he doesn't use them in training for his fight with Mayweather.

WADA is the parent company of USADA. They have the same rules and guidelines.

I'm sure other agencies who do not follow those exact same guidelines are able to detect the full line of PDE's that either Pac or Floyd could possibly be using to their benefit in this fight. This type of technology is not exclusive.

What are the differences between testing guidelines for National Center for Drug Free Sports and the USADA? Do they both do random testing? From what I've read over the past few days, that is the main point of contention (along with cutoff dates for this testing).random tests/any cutoffs that should be used with them.

Though I suppose you could argue the same was true for Mayweather.

And pretty much every other fighter who doesn't submit to this type of testing and their past (and possibly future) performances.

Random tests are not the issue, only the cutoff dates. Also, Arum has claimed that he believes the integrity of one of the USADA officials has been compromised.

Why not use the best and most thorough agency in the world?

NOTE TO ALL FUTURE EXTRAORDINARY FIGHTERS:

Make sure you don't KO your recent opposition in too dominating a fashion - especially if you're moving up in weights.

You will be convicted (not tried) of using steroids on the basis of throwaway comments made by a crack-smoking-predator-look-a-like with a speech impediment who talks in some foreign language (possibly from outer space).

So you agree that there are other agencies that are able to detect the full line of PDE's that either Pac or Floyd could possibly be using to their benefit in this fight.

Therefore its better not to go through the USADA because its possible to detect the above without abiding by their stricter, more intrusive procedures.

Sorry fellas, but you already know Floyd ain't agreeing to this. He already said who he wants to conduct the test. The only time their gonna meet is in court.

PLEASE FLOYD RETIRE AGAIN. BOXING WAS SO MUCH BETTER WITHOUT YOU. LET THE REAL MEN FIGHT. AND YOU CAN GO RUN YOUR BIG MOUTH ALL YOU WANT FROM THE CHEER LEADING SECTION.

Don't do it Pacquiao, f#ck Floyd. Don't bow down to this ***'s request, let him fight a real welter possibly Matthew Hatton.
