Not to mention that the USADA's procedures being the best is not something that I've seen outside of this forum.

No body's been convicted of anything.

I'd change your statement to. Note to all future extrodinary fighters: If you demolish your competition and want to fight in the most massive fights be prepared to take more extensive drug testing then you have in the past. There might be something wrong with that on many levels but hey this is the reality of modern sports. And its not like he's been convicted of anything. Frankly he could have avoided all this by not raising s much of a **** storm over it all. When you acuse a politician of something and they come out angry as hell and all self riticious most people start asking more questions instead of backing off. Same goes for pac. Again thats life.

Pac has to make a stipulation that Floyd can't inject his hands full of that stuff he uses to not feel pain during a fight. That is a PED that unfairly gives him an advantage. Let's see how long he lasts without that treatment.

USADA has the most stringent testing possible, so why not go for the best? Why is it better not to go through USADA, and why would anybody be against stricter and intrusive testing?

I am FOR using another agency who can detect all necessary PDE's without the intrusive procedure of the USADA.

    WHY ARE YOU AGAINST THAT?

I just explained it in my previous post. Its better to go through someone else because the USADA's stricter, more intrusive testing is not 100% necessary.

Its better to go though an agency who does all the necessary tests to ensure a clean fight, nothing more and nothing less, than someone who goes beyond what is needed.

Pac has agreed to independant blood and urine testing. There is no reason for the fight not to go trough at this point.

Who gives a **** about the USADA anyways. Their interests are not important here, only the fighters.

    I repeat

Pac has to make a stipulation that Floyd can't inject his hands full of that stuff he uses to not feel pain during a fight. That is a PED that unfairly gives him an advantage. Let's see how long he lasts without that treatment.

Both should fight clean, meaning Floyd as well.

You have to be joking? Everyone knows that WADA (USADA) has the best testing. That's why they are used for the Olympics and they usually have to clear various types of testing first before other organizations use them.

Behond what is needed??? Because dope tests can be passed, How many tests did Barry Bonds pass. Passing drug tests is a game of cat and mouse when and how make all the difference in the world. It's more important to have the best testing possible even if it effects Manny's feelings.

And both use 8oz gloves, too. But Mayweather seems to be a pathetic crybaby who would doubtless complain about a tingle in his hands, refusing to fight through the pain.

The way Pacquiao wants it provides loopholes that USADA won't. Testing should always be as tough as possible. Multiple random testing reduces the chances to cheat drastically, and that's the way it should be.
