    Is that real? I thought those comments had been discredited by Pacquaio's spokesman.

    no, that was another issue regarding tim smith stating that he agreed on the 14 day cut off.

    Now he clearly stated (though in tagalog - but the translation is accurate) that he will agree to testing so long as its not on the day of the fight.
