No one. because he was cutting weight instead of fighting at the division he was supposed to fight at. Hes been coming in as a welter since fighting at 130.

So it's official everyone. By the SAME LOGIC used by Floyd "supporters", ALL FIGHTERS are officially fighting fighters off losses if the opponent wasn't undefeated including Mayweather himself as my post #4 showed.

Bob Arum runs the show. Pacquaio does not pick his opponents, Pacquiao "works for" Top Rank Promotions. That has been well established over the years.

Regarding Mayweather fighting people off of losses: In his championship career, he has fought 2 men coming off a loss. His rematch with Castillo, and his fight against Judah. That is it. Both were under Bob Arum/Top Rank as well.

You're right. It was the other guy who had even more catchweight fights.

Maybe this would have changed years ago if Floyd picked his cherries up.

Oops, I stand corrected on that ONE then. There's no shame in being wrong. Who the F is Likar Ramos? I don't even remember that fight. The facts are still undisputed. Legacy is not WHO you fought, it's WHEN you fought them. Pac's legacy is a sham built by the Arum promotion machine.

if that is the case, who should have pac fought during the times that he fought all those coming from a loss?

    instead of barrera.. who?
    instead of Cotto.. who?
    instead of Margarito.. who?
    instead of Mosley.. who?

damn this haters, pac would be fighting only once a year waiting for big names that is coming from a win..

They were all beaten close to fighting pacman though...

    Morales - just been beaten
cotto - just took a savage beating from margarito and was lucky to win a SD vs clottey
clottey - just been beat by cotto
hatton - Wasn't the same after floyd beat him
oscar- just been beat by floyd (ok he beat 'steve forbes inbetween'
margarito - just been beat by mosley , again ok he'd just beat roberto garcia, but who even is he.. :S
Mosley - just been beat by floyd. It's also worth noting, roach an arum didn't want to fight mosley after he'd destroyed margarito.. they even tried getting shane to 143lb even though he'd just fought oscar at 147. Roach's reason was 'shanes better than oscar'. Low and behold floyd fights him, beats him easy and then pacquiao is ok to fight him at 147...

end of the day, most of his biggest wins were after somebody else had just beat up or ko'd his opponent, whether it be a fight or 2 ago... His best wins are clearly bradley, marquez (close fights) & the best being barrera. Any of the others i don't give him credit, ok your always going to be fighting guys who'v lost, its difficult to get unbeaten fighters at that level but he doesn't even get guys who are or good form (years unbeaten etc...) like i said, they'v usualy just been ko'd or beaten up pretty bad.

A crazy suggestion but maybe the person who had just beat there ass. Don't wait 4 yrs to rematch Barerra coming off a loss(close or not especially if you already beat and stopped him) . Or duck Mosley the actual Champ to pick a guy your trainer said they only chose because they saw him get KTFO(Cotto)
Or duck an actual champ to fight a guy coming off a suspension and KO because his style is better suited for your victory.
For fight a guy coming off a loss and draw when there are 2 unbeaten champs in your division.

Like someone said when you fight someone is just as if not more inportant than who you fight here a hypothetical scenario lets say Mayweather gets brually Ko'd in his next two fight then gets an easy win against a no hoper, at the same time Garcia beats Broner, Alexander & Guerrero to become the #1 WW & top 3 P4P. Yea all time Mayweather is better but beating Garcia is a better win.

That's really how most of Pacquiao's wins are post Barerra I. Imo Pac has too many "names" and went through to many weight classes to not be considered an ATG in some form but when comparing him to other ATG fighters little details like this come into play.

Everybody losses at some point but if you can't point to one quality win any of your opponent has had going into the fight and can only say well he fought so and so thats bad.

How many people give Camacho credit for Leonard or Holmes credit for Ali

This is just a bunch of excuses and I can nit pick ANYONE's resume like this. I can say this about EVERY fighter.

At the end of the day, Pacquiao won the fighter of the decade for a reason by people's opinion that matter. Your opinion means zero

Hatton just TKO'd Paulie and nearly shut out Lazcano before he faced Pacquiao.

Cotto will always lose to Pacquiao because of his style. Converted left-hand dominant fighters, like ODLH and Cotto, will always lose to a speedy southpaw like Pac. No version of ODLH nor Cotto can win over Pac, prime or not.

Dude not to sound disrespectful but are you high Prime Hoya beats Prime Pac to big to strong to skilled, Cotto may be a different story I would like to see a fully healthy and confident Cotto vs Pac but Oscar no way
