Exactly. Pac's got three losses, so, he must be infinitely easier to beat than say, Valero. :patsch

So you don't agree that an undefeated fighter's confidence is greater than it is after he has been defeated (especially by KO)?

2 of the 3 losses occured when he was a teenager (stoppages), and the other one was by decision against Moralles. Also, Valero is an amazing puncher, but hasn't shown the boxing skills that Manny had even 3 years ago before he improved.

Pac could easily command 6-10 million for fighting these guys. And its all at 140. He should defend the crown at 140 instead of moving up to 147 after 1 win. Its ridiculous.

Joan Guzman and Timothy Bradley would give pac problems stylistically..

I did not prove that, and you are bringing up fights that he had when he was still a kid and just starting off to try and disprove something I said about Hatton who was a grown man, and fully developed undefeated champion. Apples to oranges, bro.

Lewis vs Rahman? He got KO'd. What about Wladimir? He became better defensively. Hearns?

Like I said, it's not a general rule.

Sure it can be bad for your confidence, but it can also help you improve. Pacquiao's win over Hatton was too quick and devastating, I just don't see Hatton ever beating that Pacquiao.

pac already said that he has 2 fights left. do you think it would be worth it if pac uses these last 2 fights to fight guys like bradley, guzman or valero?

or is it better if pac chooses between floyd, cotto, mosley or jmm instead? and these 4 Elite top p4p fighters are exactly who pac is considering fighting for his last 2 fights. what more can you ask of him?

Why would Pac be moving up to 147? He's the money fight, if welters want to fight Pac, they're gonna have to come down to fight him.

And you think Pac could earn 6-10 million for fighting any of those no-names? Those guys bring absolutely zero name recognition to casual fans. Those fights do 450k ppv buys at the most. :patsch

Um, no. You said that once a guy loses his 'zero', he loses his confidence and becomes an easier win. How about the Morales loss? Didn't Manny come back and knock his ass out?

You 'analysis' is asinine at best. If anything, Hatton was over-confident coming into the Pac fight.

Seriously, it's like some people here have absolutely zero understanding of boxing works. What the **** have Bradley, valero or Guzman done to deserve a shot at the #1p4p fighter in the world? Absolutely nothing.

It would be worth every penny if he fought guys in their prime. Mayweather would ideally be his last fight but he should fight at LEAST any of the 3 mentioned. Bradley, Valero, and Guzman would easily give Pac problems.

he could fight edwin valero in july if he wanted to. Actually Pac should fight Valero to make up for the other 10 rounds that we were jilted over.:smoke

I know Timothy Bradley is out of the question since he's a Gary Shaw fight but Pac should throw his name out there
80-90 percent purse when you fight these undefeated guys. That's a lot better than splitting a 65-35 purse with the big top dogs at welter.

yeah sure idiot, that's why Pac fought Solis, Hector Velasquez, 3K Battery, Oscar Larios. what did they do to deserve a shot?
