Valero is sloppy as Hell. Not as fast as everyone seems to think he is either.

Manny would spark him, I would save the money on the flight pal.

I'm getting tired of Pacquiao's easy domination! I want him to fight someone who can really pose a threat or challenge him.

If Floyd/Moseley winner wont happen, bring on Margarito! Hopefully this time, we can see Manny in a tough fight.

I know Margo is a cheater and not even a fan but he paid his dues already. He's got family too that depend on him, why not give him another chance? If fighting him is what it takes to see a competitive fight, then bring him on. I hope Manny put a beating on him (he usually does) as a way of extending his punishment.

"Valero was denied a visa into the U.S. for a 2008 D.U.I charge, and his medical suspension in the U.S. (except for the state of Texas) due to a failed MRI exam in New York in 2002 has been well documented

looks like another planned "event" in dallas?

Mosley beat the **** out of him without moving. Pac would be in and out all night, Marg has no defence, is a cheater, and is coming off a loss. You think that's a tougher fight? He'd be no bigger than Clottey on fight night and with 0% defence.

Bradley would be a better fight, especially if he looks comfortable at 147 against Abregu.

Margo Vs pac will only be exciting because Margo blocks with his face. Another lob-sided ud in favour of pac.

  6. I used to believe that until I watched him fight 8 rounds with his forehead split in half. Valero is a warrior. I think that would be an exciting fight, although Pacquiao would probably end up dominating and winning by late stoppage due to his speed advantage.

But Valero is no 1 round job for anyone.

I would really love to see Pacquiao vs. Bradley @ 140 or Pacquiao vs. Valero @ preferably 135 if the fight w/ Mayweather can't be made or even if Manny just wants an interim fight before Mayweather. This is all assuming Floyd beats Mosley, obviously.

I don't really think DeMarco is a valid comparison for a Pac fight though.

Ironically, he would be inactive as long as Mosley. Maybe just a bit longer.

I prefer Bradley or Valero. JMM is still dangerous but pointless IMO (other than giving him his retirement respects).

Alexander is too young and green the more I look at it. Let him build his name and rep by taking on some other 140 fighter. There are a lot of good ones in that class.

Agree with all of this. If the real Margo was exposed against Mosley, which I believe to be the case, he doesn't stand much of a chance against Pacquiao.

  11. JMM fight is pointless. Pacquiao already beat him twice, although both close and one resulted in a draw due to an incompetent judge.

There's no point in a trilogy when Pacquiao already won both fights.

seriously i dont get why people want to see this fight so bad, it has the potential to be an all action great fight, but lets be real valero is still pretty unproven at this point, and now hes gonna jump up 2 weight classes and fight an ATG?

Pacquiao in the past has voiced his criticism of Margarito's actions, and even suggested he should never be allowed to fight again. I'd like to think he'll stick by those words, and not give him the opportunity of payday and exposure.

As for Valero and JMM, I hope Pac doesn't go for them. Simply because Pac would eat JMM alive, and Valero I don't think is ready for someone of Pac's level. But another reason is this, I'd give my arm and leg to see JMM take on Valero (at 135 or 140), how awsome would that be!

So who should Pac fight? Assuming a fight with Mayweather doesn't materialize, I'd say Bradley. He's supposed to be the next best guy at 140, and it won't do his legacy any harm in Bradley's scalp to his record.
