    Pac/Morales?

    That's even worse...

I thought he was going to fight Hatton but since he retired Castillo or Morales would be a good farewell match.

I can't believe people STILL think that Mayweather is ducking Pac.. lol

Don't matter, after May 1st should PBF win, I'm sure he'll use his 5 minutes of spot light to try and corner Arum and Pac. I know that I will not be ordering any future bouts with Pac unless it is versus Mayweather or Mosley.

Margo's Top Rank, so it'd be entirely about Bob milking every last drop of blood from that rock he possibly can and keeping all the revenue in-house. Not surprised at all by the weasly *******.

Bradley, Valero, or Alexander would all be worthy for Manny to defend his 140 title against. I wouldn't even be opposed to wrapping up the JMM trilogy, but Margarito doesn't do anything except make it all the more clear how much of a douche Bob Arum is.

Why not Mayweather, Alexander, or Bradley instead?

This is disappointing. We need to see him fight Mayweather if he gets past Mosley. Alexander and Bradley are more deserving and legitimate than those guys as well. I won't order any of those worthless fights.

    1. JMM at 135.

    2. Valero at 140.

    3. Margarito at 147.

    4. Weakest champ at 154.

I'll be very dissapointed if Manny fights any of those 3 fighters. A big step down in my view. Arum should f*ck off already. Manny had a good incursion into the welter weight scene. He clearly doesn't need to fight one past it blown up featherweight, one lightweight and one fighter who really, is probably nothing without his armed gloves.

I bet Arum wants Pacq to fight Margarito badly, easy fight, payday for him. It's up to Roach and Pacq not to get dragged into these pointless fights. I'd rather Pacq retire than fight any of these fighters.

He has NOTHING to gain. Absolutely nothing. In fact, going back to LWW would really do him more harm than good. He got the hang of the WW tune, no need going back down.
Pacquiao has 1-2 more fights in him. Let those fights be against a Floyd, a Mosley or if he really really wants to go back at 140, let that be against someone proven like Bradley.

But really, harsh truth for Pacq is this... unless he fights the winner of Floyd and Shane (which very much depends on Shane causing the upsett, as Shane would jump at the chance to fight Pacq) he might as well retire. As he'll not get credit for beating Margarito, he won't get credit for beating Valero or Marquez and the credit he'd get for beating a top 140... which we mostly expect him to do, is insignificant. Moving to LMW is definitely not an option for Pacquiao, he's either just too small or he'd have to settle for Cotto, who he has already beat.

This is where Floyd has an advantage. Floyd can fight at LMW. That doesn't mean that Floyd can ever develop into a solid LMW, but his size makes him cappable of competing. Not against Williams, Floyd's not stupid enough to challenge Williams and get beaten like a dog. But against the winner of Foreman Cotto... There are many LMW who Floyd could challenge and beat, as long as he stays away from the elite group.

    Why not

    Bradley at 140?

    Shane, Floyd at 147?

    PW, Sergio at 154?

    1. Floyd/Shane winner for the legacy and money.
    2. JMM lineal title at if team Pac thinks he can still make 135 legacy.
    2. Valero has lower risk with equal reward to Bradley.
    4. Margo or any weak champ 154 is very risky. Pac needs 2-4 years to adequately bulk up to 154.

Never going to happen. Pacquiao would lose badly to either. He's too small. WW is the absolute limit for Pacquiao.
