yah donaire has one great win but continues to win in higher divisions.
mosley has one great win and had more losses in the last 4 years. He went hell against a past-prime mayorga.

as for dawson, what has he done lately, johnson was able to give him trouble

bradley? who has he beaten? atleast donaire has darchinyan in his resume.

Can't argue with martinez, but donaire's KO wins over darchinyan would be more impressive

Nonito's one of my favorite fighters but c'mon...besides Vic Darchinyan what notable name has he beaten? The Ring having him at number 5 P4P right now is very puzzling.

i can't argue with your reasoning that a second win over darchinyan would be damn impressive (i didn't realize this scenario included a second knock out).

i'm ranking the fighters on consistent body of work. bradley keeps plugging away and beating the best in his division. dawson hasn't done much...yet. but don't forget williams, nothing to say he can't be number 3

    The hell you talking about?

aesero, I've been a Donaire fan but as Dynasty has said, aside from Vic there really isn't anyone else worth talking about as an opponent since that fight. I've also wondered why he's in RINGS top 10 to begin with. Another win over Vic, while impressive, still isn't enough to leapfrog everyone else.

after sat night fight floyd should knock manny too...if pac takes the fight n dont use a drug test as an excuse to duck him again....

so i guess floyd and nonito will be 1 and 2 huh....i like Nonito..hes good....

    1 Floyd
    2 Donaire
    3 Pacquaio

If Nonito manages to get past Vic, grab his belts, move up to fight Montiel, and manages to win there then Nonito being mentioned in P4P lists won't sound as crazy.

Agree. I think Nonito anywhere in the p4p list right now is stretching it. I think he's good but not enough bodies on his resume. I would love to see him fight Montiel though.

donaire can't. he has so much inactivity and i don't believe he could climb the rankings high enough.

    That fight has to happen.

I feel bad for Donaire, he's obviously extremely gifted but the way his career has gone, his prime years are wasting away. I don't blame him completely because from what was being reported, things just weren't working out as far as getting fights made.

One of my concerns about him is how effectively he can move up in weight. As athletic as he is, I just don't think he'll be too successful. As long as there are meaningful fights where he's at it won't be too much of an issue, but eventually he might have to be forced to move up to chase fights.
