    Jesus..:patsch
You've been right in the middle of these doping thread controversies and you still cant get it into your head that the NSAC could'nt at this point do anything about improving about their standard of testing without first changing their protocol in writing and map out what level of fighter are given what tests......

The NSAC had their hands tied on the matter which is why Bob Arum said from the beggining that he would let them dictate to what extent the tests were conducted.
Arum went as far as to say that if theNSAC wanted to draw blood from Manny right before he enters the ring, they would comply.:rofl:rofl:lol:
Of course Arum being a Harvard grad Lawyer, would say such a thing knowing that the NSAC had no choice by their own law to stand by the same protocol for all fighters and not just make an exemption for one.

......and through all of this, the NSAC had let it be known that they would not get in the way of further testing from an outside sourse if the fighters themselves agreed to it.
As long as their current testing demands were met, the fighters themselves could agree to further testing......and GBP was even open to a different agency other than WADA which was proposed by Mayweather do the testing........

Get the facts through your head man.......Roach said yes to Random testing 5 days out from the fight,
Manny Pacquiao said, "No, me no want to get caught!"

Is Pac really getting better as he moved up weight divisions as your opinion here states? You like spouting off your opinion. Let me spout off some facts.

It seems that as Manny has moved up the weight divisions, it has taken him more rounds to beat his opponents, whether by KO or decision.

Therefore, his power WAS NOT as effective in the higher weights as it was in the lighter weights.

Graphs below show Pac has taken more rounds to KO his opponents as he moved up weight classes. These hard figures don't really support your claims.

I dont believe Pacquiao's punching power has improved over what it was in the lower weights

Ricky Hatton is the only fighter that he knocked out in devestating fashion, and that was because Ricky had shown his beard was'nt so solid getting hurt in about ever fight he's had since the Collazo fight......

......however Pacquiao's punching power has'nt diminished as much as would the average fighter would have had he climbed that many divisions.

........the thing that makes me most suspicious is Pacquiao's ability now to sustain a combination and throw it over and over again against fighters that are outweighing him....the Cotto fight was the perfect example.

When Pacquiao was fighting against 130 pounders, its easy to see why he could keep throwing combinations over and over against fighters he outweighs on fightnight.

......but typically as you move up, its harder to mantain that consistency of throwing combinations because it takes much more effort to punch at a fighter that outweighs you and who is just naturally bigger as Cotto was.......

That consistency to be able to keep throwing his shots with leverage and effort, over and over again against bigger fighters is what leads me to believe that Pacquiao is being aided by PED's.

In the Cotto fight, when both threw hard combinations, even when both were landing crisply and effectively, it was Cotto the bigger man who stopped throwing the combinations and Pac who kept throwing them....

When both landed crisply about simultaneously, it was Cotto being jarred back and made to stop throwing while Pac kept on having the energy to keep throwing even though he was getting hit.

It has nothing to do with one shot punching power with me.......its the continous ability to keep on firing shots in the line of fire against a bigger skilled fighter like Cotto.

.....and you cannot tell me I'm not making sense on this issue.
You can say you dont agree, but dont discredit yourself by saying what I'm saying does'nt make sense.

    Did they try?

As far as the NSAC is concerned, there was never a request to do a more stringent testing and that came straight from the Commissioner's mouth.

For a one-off provisions not as a general operating guidelines to cover future NSAC fights, all they have to do is convene the NSAC 5 commissioners, which is actually not hard.

However, the insistence of Mayweather that the test be done outside the jurisdiciton of NSAC is questionable or raises the issue of impartiality of that testing body.

However, since you see no wrong with it, then I bet that you have different mindset.

But just because people don't subscribe to your thinking, they are then labelled "doper".

No wonder floyd has such great skills already when he became pro. Floyd started using PEDs early in his career.

You can make light on the matter......but anybody that knows anything about boxing will tell you that the truly elitely skilled fighters that come along like Mayweather, JMM, Hopkins, and the like.......those fighters acquire and hone their skill through many long hours and years at the gym.

.....a fighter like Mayweather has been honing his skills ever since he could stand up and walk.
Mayweather is from a fighting family, and he has been practicing his craft way before he was competing as even an amatuer fighter.

We're supposed to believe that Freddie Roach made Pacquiao into a skilled fighter from one year to the next, when Pacquiao was only capable of throwing a weak right jab and a missile of a left and thats all he had.......

......all of a sudden within the span of a little over a year during that Morales trilogy, he becomes a complete fighter?????:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl:nut:nut:nut:nut

Pacroid is great at what he does........striking with a missile of a left suddenly, and unleaching havoc as a followup.......

.....the fact that he's throwing a right hand with more regularity has people believing he's more a complete boxer now.....
.....but that could'nt be further from the truth.
Paquiao is'nt outboxing boxers.....he certainly did'nt do it vs JMM when off the Morales fights *******s in this forum were predicting he would.....

.....and he certainly did'nt use boxing skills to beat Cotto when Cotto had gotten off to a good start boxing.
What he did use against Cotto were quick strikes, and long bursts of energy........

Yes, I'm saying it......long bursts of energy thats unnatural for a little man to implement vs a bigger and better skill fighter than he is.
You may not agree, but thats the bottom line with me.

After getting KO in his previous fight, Pac jumped 3 weight classes and knocked the guy out in the 2nd round.
