P4P rank, Split, and blood testing aside, who are you really rooting for?

I am not to bothered who wins. After all the problems making the fight i just want to see these two guys step into the ring together.

Saying that though, if i had to choose i would probably want Pac to win.

I prefer him as a person and with Floyd's 0 being so important to him in terms of how he sees himself and his marketability (He claims he is the greatest ever because he is undefeated and a lot of people watch him to see him get beat) it would be interesting to see how he handles a defeat.

Mayweather...I'm a big fan of both, but I would like to see Mayweather get the credit his boxing skills deserve. I think Pacquiao's image and legacy are almost secure in the general publics eyes anyway (although I think both still need eachother, both will gain a great deal of respect by securing this mega bout...win, lose, or draw).

Good posts, I like both fighters also but I too want to see how Floyd handles a loss, and also coming back from a loss in a war-like manner is very appealing to the public. I also think it may build some rapport for Floyd's intangibles if he loses and then wins in comeback fashion.

If Mayweather lost he would just retire. He couldn't boast talking about his 0 and the fact that there is no blueprint to beat him anymore  Hes already "retired" once but after his loss if it happens he'd be happy enough leaving with his last fat ass paycheque. Not seeing Floyd boast about his 0 before a fight would just be... wrong!

Well it'll give him one less thing to talk about, but he'll come up with something. Still smartest fighter or whatnot. Maybe along the lines of being a gorilla and a dog..?

In the actual fight Pacquiao. As for the negotiations? I don't really care. I just want to see them fight.
