Void needs to fight and beat a filipino, asian, arabs.... etc for his legacy to be complete.

DLH who was trained by Floyd Sr....Had no "D" and no right hand? Cotto doesn't have the best "D" but he has a solid right. Cotto was good enough to be Shane....a black US Boxer.

Look...PAC is not avoiding black fighters, he's seeking the toughest challenges. Nate......I understand why they passed him up. Too much unkowns...Low Reward but high Risk! Plus it was his first step up at 135.

You can't knock him for DLH....NO ONE thought PAC had a chance. But I do think he has just passed over some guys for the sake of bigger and better challenges.

Never thought much about it. I want to see Paquiao fight one of the slickest black boxers ever. Floyd Mayweather who is even slicker than Cambell.

From what I've read of your posts in my time here BigReg, I thought you were a really good poster.

I've never been so disappointed after reading a single post.

What a lot of absolute ****ing camel-****.

This place is getting worse. Depressing stuff. :-(

What does Campbell have to do with Cotto not being a slick boxer?

Why say "Black" when what you mean are "slick" fighters? All you are doing is making a discussion on WHO is considered black Reg. And for the record, Campbell isn't slick either. Pac could beat him and STILL have the same so-called argument.

Why not state exactly WHO these "slick, black" fighters are that Pac supposedly ducked.

It's not racist you fool it's the truth. So let me say this again if you were claiming to be the best 100 meter sprinter in the world and had never raced against Americans of Jamaicans and still claimed you were the best despite Americans and Jamaicans being dominant in the sport with a rich tradition, would you be? The Manny's situation is no different.

He was referring to a style, more so than race. In which I do agree.

Who are the dominant African-American fighters at the lower weight divisions that Pacquiao should have fought?

    Guzman is not African-American.

"Ethnocentrism is the tendency to believe that one's ethnic or cultural group is centrally important, and that all other groups are measured in relation to one's own."

It's not the truth, that's racist son.

None the less he is black, just because he not from america does not mean he not black or from african decent.

People of african decent are born in other countries other then America and Africa. It amazes me that if a an american can't classify someone of african decent as African or African American, their not black..
People of african decent also live in Brazil, in-fact anderson Silva is of african decent.

That's bull****, he was referring more to race than style. He says slick black fighters but then ****ing brings Campbell to the topic.

He's at a weight now were they're dominant black american fighters 140-147. I'm not really faulting him for earlier in his career I'm talking about now. But the good news for Pac is there's still time and these fights can still be made.
