Off topic, but why is "chopped liver" used as a derisive phrase? Chopped liver (chicken/duck/goose) is one of the great delicacies...

Homeboy should have retired back in 1997. But he still gave us one of the best fights of all time against Naseem Hamed.

So is Pac avoiding black fighters of just "fighters who have an american style of boxing"?

Point is that Void refused to fight Pac. Pac and Roach wanted that fight, but Void refused all that money. Pac/Cotto got 2,000,000 buys? Void is void.

I think culture has more of an impact on the style that a boxer will tend towards. There will always be exceptions, and with the advent of the internet people have access to a much wider cultural base than that with which they have grown up with, so this correlation will have been diluted even more. Probably the mian reason why there could be a racial correlation too is that cultures are often also correlated by race...so it is to be expected that there will be some boxing traditions, styles of trainers & coaches etc that are predominant in certain regions. However, I think these styles will have developed mostly for cultural reasons but also partly due to minor genetic differences favouring certain forms of fighting.

    Yo BigReg, Like I said:

"COMMON SENSE, LOGIC & TRUTH ONLY CONFUSES PEOPLE WITH 'NO' CLUE."

All that Talent at 140lbs with the Ability to use Slick Boxing, Great defense, Accurate Counter-punching like The Peterson Brothers, Timothy Bradley and Devon Alexander.

Yet who does he fight...Ricky "Feet of Stone" Hatton and Miguel "No defense" Cotto.

ESB Posters have no problem with Throwing out tons of names that Mayweather didn't fight...But to mention the names that Pacquiao didn't fight, ALL OF A SUDDEN...IT'S BLASPHEMY.

ESB Posters also have "NO PROBLEM" with Pacquiao Fighting the same series of Latinos OVER & OVER & OVER!!! Imagine if Mayweather had Fought Hatton, Baldomir and Gatii 3 times each...People would lose there minds.

This is not valid AT ALL. Please don't try to make it seem like it would be the same, JUST NO. Think before you post.
