It's very simple "It's not random if a cut off date is needed" Floyd would have gone through the same testing. And now news circulated Cotto was asking for similar testing not as excessive, but similar testing for a rematch and now we are having Margarito/Manny instead. I wonder

 

you just admitted that the testing Floyd wanted was excessive.

 

Thats how is being portray by some bias fans:good, but I disagree esp. if the opponent would have gone through the same testing. If Manny was the only one being tested and Floyd wasn't part of the testing, then I could see the unfair part. But Floyd was going to be tested as well and that's the key part many bias fans are missing

I love that floyd fans still refuse to address the fact that FLOYD himself requested 14 days.

from a rational perspective why change 14 days to the day leading up to the bout. It should make no difference if floyd was fine with it in the first place UNLESS he wants to make negotiations harder.

no the key part many floyd fans is missing is why do the testing now, what about floyd's previous fights prior to the first negotiations with manny.

and what happened to senior's claim that floyd would beat manny whether he's on drugs or not?

Floyd is not the first or last in boxing to ask for steroid testing:good There is always a good time to start esp. in boxing were several fighters have admitted boxing needs newer and stricter testing. All major pro sports have taken steps even the Olympics, from track and field to even bike riding... Now boxing a COMBAT SPORT should not follow or improve there testings???

According to your analogy PAC is the buyer and FLOYD is the seller. In boxing matches fighters are the sellers and boxing fans are the buyers.
That's why ARUM/PAC are trying to arrange a fight with FLOYD so they can sell it to the fans.

FANS: We want Floyd/Pac fight to happen.

FLOYD: Arum/Pac just call me and we have a fight. This is easier than Marquez.

boxing already has testing in the form of the relevant athletic commissions.
Pac has already been drug tested, AND never tested positive for any drugs

all of a sudden floyd got scared
and instead of petitioning the commissioning bodies for more stringent testing on all fighters (i mean he wants to clean up the sport right?) he tries to gets USADA (which golden boy has connections with) to do olympic style drug testing solely on pacquiao.

also, pac agreed to unlimited urine testing...only blood has a cut-off date
