yep,and ever since declining the test he has looked bad,ever wonder why as soon as he was accused he fought his next 2 fights in Texas where drug testing is a joke??then returned to Vegas and looked slower and had less stamina??

 

Cause he wasn't sure what he was taking (his words) and couldn't be sure he wasn't juiced to the gills, nor could Arum or Roach, so they were hesitant. Maybe he wasn't juicing...but I don't think they were sure.
