Ricky was ahead by a country mile before Pac landed the lucky punch.

How many times did Floyd put chop chop down in their fight?

Floyd seemed well on the way to stopping Judah before the foul play began..

And beating up stationary Josh Clottey is the same as fighting Mayweather?

Learn boxing fool. Go watch the Judah fight and tell me Pac doesn't knock his block off. That little girl with pillows on his fists wouldn't be able to hurt Pac for one. He only throws 1 punch every 15 seconds. And he stood right there in front of Judah the whole fight. Again, it would be an easy fight for Pacquiao.

I can see mayweather doing 2 things, it could be similar to hatton fight, where floyd will land a stright right, and then will jump and hold if the ref allows it....since pacquiao is a magnet for straight right hands down the pipe.....or floyd will wait for pacquio to jump in with the left, he still lunges in when he throws combos, floyd will land a clean straight right or hook, and then dodge out....repeat this process over 12 rounds to win...I really think Pacquiao has to knock him out to win....When floyd wll be landing the cleaner punches...

I dont really call it tucking tail and running i call it being overly cautious. but ur spot on floyds no JMM. JMM has no problems fighting on heart and taking chances. Pac would beat floyd based on activity and floyds inactivity and not willing to take any chances. i mean after all JMM is a natural counter puncher and was a much smaller opponent for floyd, but guess who had to take the lead in that fight.

And Floyd has fought every single southpaw the same way.

After watching Pac vs Clottey, I see Mayweather being too slick for Pac with excellent ring generalship. Pac will not throw 1000+ punches vs Floyd because he'll be missing and getting hit in return. Floyd has so many different weapons I can see him using against Pac it's ridiculous

Floyds defense is almost impossible to get through however pac will just throw so many and with that speed he showed against a stationary clottey (floyd on ropes) pac will land and make floyds head twice as big as it already is. floyds heart will die in the middle rounds and his intelligence will have him find a way out.

I'd have thought that by now your user id would have got less funny, but it hasn't. I still laugh to myself every time I see it.

I don't like Mayweather the person, but I appreciate his boxing ability. He won both of the fights you mentioned, but did get hurt against Corley and was struggling with Judah in the opening of the fight. Granted, neither one of those guys have the combination of speed and power that Pacquiao brings to the ring, but I think you're selling Mayweather pretty short with your prediction.

It would be foolish for Manny to use the same strategy against Mayweather as he used against Clottey. A lot of us predicted that Pacquiao would cruise to a points victory based on his workrate because of Clottey's inherently defensive, low-output style. He just doesn't combine offense and defense well, consistently. Mayweather does. Rather than providing a stationary target with gloves up, Mayweather will slip and make Manny miss which leaves a fighter much more open than hitting at a guard does.

Sure, Manny will be on the offensive. That's his game and Mayweather is primarily a defensive fighter though he's shown he can go toe-to-toe when he has to. But I can assure you Roach won't have him utilize the same kind of all-out offense he used against Clottey.

 Exactly! Mayweathers had fighters trying to pressure and wear him down all his career and he has won everytime, this is nothing new to him. Thats Mannys only chance of winning as there is no way he is going to outbox Mayweather.
