    Neither have the email and have never claimed to, so they can't produce it.

    However if Pac was to file a lawsuit againsy both then they would likely reveal their insider that they claimed was close to negotiations and the court would take it from there.

    Perhaps this is why Pac won't push the subject further with either of them.
