yeah man this is some bull****. Manny could have became lineal champ at lightweight, but instead he gonna take the safe way out and make a ctachweight at the weight he normally comes in anyways :-(

    Pacquiao doesn't fight fair.
usually Catchweights that are to his advantage.

I actually want Pac to fight Martinez at 160 for his belts (no catchweights) and a possible 9th weight class title for Pac. That would give Pac a real challenge for once and a win could just send some of his haters into suicide. I like the sound of that!

Might want to check your math. The 147 lb division is only one weight class below 154. Sergio calling out Pac would be the equivalent of Pac calling out Bradley or Khan, which NOBODY would complain about if Pac were to fight either guy. Besides, isn't Marquez's natural weight class at 135? At the age of 38, it's perfectly fine for JMM to jump to 144 to fight Pac but not acceptable for Pac to fight a guy who would weigh just a few pounds more than Margarito? And hell, I actually wouldn't mind seeing Pac-Gamboa at 135. Pac loves to drain his opponents. I'd like to see how he'd react if the shoe was on the other foot.

You Pac fans harp about his greatness and the fact that since Floyd is out of the picture, there is nobody left for Pac to fight. That said, why not challenge Sergio? It's only 4 pounds above Pac's limit of 150. Pac would have nothing to lose and a ton to gain. And please don't bark about jeopardizing his health. First you folks defend him for not wanting to take a simple blood test. Then you scowl at Martinez who is basically the same size as Margarito, except Sergio can carry his power up to a higher weight class. Awful. Just a damn shame. Sounds like parents preventing their child from playing in the front yard rather than fans supporting positivity in the sport of boxing.

You people have the audacity to say Pac would KO Canelo at 154 easily (which to a certain extent I agree with). Yet when Sergio challenges Pac, all of a sudden you cry foul play and say that it's NOT HIS SKILLS that would overwhelm Pac but Sergio's SIZE advantage. Unbelievable.

yeah I feel ya. I think 140 is the best weight for them to fight, but I'd give Manny a lot of props if he came to 135 and it'd do a lot for his legacy
