That's the thing. Mosely is chasing Pac, not the other way round. The chaser should meet the demands of the person being chased.

I do agree with you in some way though. All this weight draining bull**** is stupid. They should just come in and fight at the actual natural weight, then Mosely should not even be in the WW.

1- I don't know who is chasing who...... How do you know that Mosley is chasing Pac???

2- Thats the reason why it doesnt make sense for a boxer to come down in weight..... because they are not fighting at their natural weight in the first place. Pac, Morales, Barrera, Hatton, PBF and many others or I should say everybody fights at a weight class but at the end of the night they belong to another.... I mean a higher weight class...

1- Just because Pac is the number 1 at the moment and everyone wants to fight him. Also I saw Mosely calling him out a number of times, and his team released that press release that wasn't actually true (confirming a fight between Pac and Mosely)

Mosely is a great, great fighter and I don't see how Pac can beat him coming in at 147 when Mosely is 160.

2- I just want them to fight at a weight where the Pac haters won't be able to discredit his victory (if he wins) and if Mosely wins they won't be able to say he was just too big and powerful.

Well . . . Mosley hasn't climb up 6 weight class yet isn't it? And Mosley has already tried fighting as high as 154 . . . so that means he is comfortable thus not asking for any catch weight at heavier weigh class.

But now he mentioned going down just to make the fight happen . . . :D

Shane never had any business fighting at 154 but he did it cause he'll fight anyone. He never looked nearly as good at 154 as at 147. He put on too much muscle when he went to 154 and became less fluid. He was a midget for that weight, but like I said, he didn't ask for catch-weights. You don't know boxing if you don't realize this.

Well he didn't and did you see what happened to him at 154? He lost to Wright twice. :D

That's a case of a fighter not being too smart . . . And that's what's gonna happen to Pacquiao also if he fights Mosley at 147. :yep :deal

    No I think 144 - 145 should be a catch weight

Manny need to move down in weight and begin to fight fighter in his own weight, why waste time fighting weight drained fighters.

But I have more respect for the fighter that tests himself and does these things, takes the risks, because he wants to be the best. That still exists in pro sports. If Pac were to fight Mosley at 147 and win, or even 145, he'd solidify his legend even more than it already is. I think he should do it.
