Right now? Probably Canelo. Couple of years back and I'd have picked Pacquiao without much hesitation.
Depending on if Pac is shot or not determines the outcome. Pac who beat cotto or Marg beats Nelo....Pac in the Shane or Bradley fight loses. I like the idea and think it would be a huge fight if Manny dominates Rios like I expect.
