Floyd doesn't need Pacquiao off the juice to beat him. Floyd will dictate when the fight happens, that makes the *******s furious.

But since the tests are spread out, the body surely has time to return to pre-test hemaglobin levels no? This argument is not in support of Floyd (they're both full of **** to a degree), I just don't see how even 20 cc of blood taken four times in a two month period can have such a profound impact on training. And if Mayweather (or anyone) were subject to the same tests, isn't the playing field even anyway? Or do the tests only deplete Pacquiao's energy not anyone else's?

Most likely, cause Pac wants it asap and Floyd wants his vacation. Floyd will get a much worse beating if Pac starts juicing.

Excuse always came out after the fight.

You can possibly count "Blood Loss" as an excuse after morales beat pac for the first time but not in pac may negotation because team pac offer team mayweather with a 7daycutoff random blood testing+another immediate blood testing after fight just to make the fight happen. He just don't wanna be tested near the fight night.

Mayweather has said far more stupid things than "I get weakened by blood loss", "wrong socks" and "I miss my clitoris gloves" combined.

    Why won't he fight Manny?

I love the irony of people questioning pacquiao's willingness to have blood taken. Always in the context that he's got something to hide. But pacman has NEVER tested positive for any banned subtances.

Mayweather on the other hand uses Lidocaine injections in his hands. And the fact remains that ONLY nevada allows this. Everywhere else and floyd IS braking the rules and taking a BANNED substance. Send him to texas.....BANNED. The UK......BANNED.

Seems a lot of manny haters forget this liitle fact.

everyone gets weakened by blood loss.

lets see thread starter get into a fight with a gash over his head and see how he performs.

He'd probably faint if he saw his finger cut.

I think pacs problem is more mental then physical, he stikes me as a superstitious guy. He believes he lost to morales because of blood loss and when he didnt do it he won. Maybe thats why he doesnt want to very close to the fight.
