It's a non issue to me. Even if Pac truly believes Valero was killed, I wouldn't judge him. Everyone has a theory. Government corruption isn't something that's out of the ordinary. I wouldn't be shocked if Valero was offed by government handlers just as I wouldn't be shocked that Pac tested positive for PEDs (not trying to start a debate war).
