During their recent meeting in Puerto Rico, one of the items discussed by Manny Pacquiao's adviser Michael Koncz, and WBA junior middleweight champion Miguel Cotto, is co-promoting fights. There was a positive discussion about co-promoting their fighters in Puerto Rico through their two companies, MP Promotions and Miguel Cotto Promotions.....................Not a bad idea, showcasing their perspective talent in their promotions!:bbb

Yes, you're right they shouldn't promote fights, they should create a promotional vacuum so that well known philanthropists and up-standing citizens like Don King and Bob Arum can step in and put on cards for free. And anyway, since when has Puerto Rico been into boxing?
