You know you sound dumb as **** right now cause Marquez was affected as much or I believe more by the weight than Hoya at 47 for Pac. Your boy is beatable, understand that and you can move past your stupid way of reasoning.
floyd fought oscar at oscars weight....and floyd embarrassed ricky...so put it this way floyd handed damaged goods to pac who ate the leftovers...two common opponents but floyd took rickys confidense and 0 away and embarrassed oscar at oscars weight....pac fought oscar as a zombie floyd didnt....floyd toyed with a still hungry hatton...marquez went life and death with pac...floyd embarrassed marquez...i dont care about the weight..ppl said floyd was a little in over his head picking marquez after two years off....facts are facts..pac= 0 chance against floyd....and i used to be a floyd hater...but im a realist...YA BOY GOT 0 CHANCE.....:bbb
You can make as many excuses as you want, I can see you're really trying hard. Floyd was a huge favorite in every one of those fights..... Pac was picked to be murdered and only fighting for a retirement check...... and was a decent favorite vs the other two, but fought them both at their prime weights. If you want to compare you can make excuses but comparing what Floyd did to Marquez is like comparing what Pac did to Hoya and Hatton.... Floyd will have hsi hands full if he ever decides to fight Pac,Mosley,Cotto,Marg,or Williams. He has plenty of skills, but beating overmatched and undersized opponents will do nothing for me to believe he is an atg. I have yet to see his chin truly tested and wonder how he holds up after an intense 12 rounds where he is forced to throw more punches and work harder than he's accustomed. Every generation has stiff challenges and styles make fights. Prove it to me don't give me a damn thesis on what you think.
Pacman has a chance in this fight like any fighter. I'd legitimately give him a solid chance at winning this fight, but I'm leaning more towards Mayweather. Unless Pacquiao can get inside early, land some body shots on Floyd to slow him down, Mayweather will counter and move all night long. Speed could be the ultimate deciding factor, based on who can beat who to the punch. Mayweather is no Hatton, who walked straight into the warzone against Pacquiao with his hands practically at his waist and got knocked out promptly. Likewise Pacquiao has earned his spot in the boxing rankings, and one of the most important factors is the fact that he's been more active than Floyd. Say what you want about ring rust and how it was a non-factor against Marquez, but Pacquiao is more ring ready and battle tested right now. Mayweather UD 12, or late stoppage.
After Pac knocks Cotto out, everyone will view him as a beast again and the call for Mayweather vs. Pacquiao will be as a strong as ever. Everyone will jump on the Pac bandwagon and pick him to hand Money May his first loss. Unfortunately for Pac, he'll get picked apart by Money and either get stopped or lose a lopsided decision.
I will ask the Pac fans when Floyd takes away Pacs left hand what is his plan B? How do you knock a fighter down three times and the fight is still close. That means Marquez made adjustments and in the second fight he only knocked Marquez down once. That means that Marquez figured him out and if Marquez can figure him out, what do you think Floyd will do. They keep comparing Coley and Zab which is wrong because they fight nothing like Pac, the only thing they have in common is being left handed. Also you cant compare Hatton and Oscar because they fight nothing like Floyd. Marquez is the closest comparison because he is a complete boxer that is why he gives Pac problems. I remember a famous quoute "Float like a butterfly sting like a bee, your hands cant hit what your eyes cant see". Some call it running I call it the Sweet Science. I cant wait for Pac to get in the ring with Floyd. After Floyd dismantles him I cant wait for the look on Pac fans faces.:yikes
Of course Pacquiao COULD beat Mayweather (nothing is impossible & we`re talking about the top 2 p4pers here) but the smart money will be on FMJ because he`s has the better defence, better foot-movement, more accurate with his punches & better at adapting mid-fight if alls not going well + he is at least not completely out-done in both the speed & power departments, which is an advantage Manny has over most opponents but not here... its minimal no matter who you side with in those areas. Another one of Pacquiao`s main strengths is his freakish stamina, an ability to always finish at the same strong pace he starts with... well, FMJ is always in phenomenal shape, Ive never even seen him gasp for air & he always grows stronger as the fight goes on. I just feel that Mayweather will land the cleaner, crisper, eye-catching punches throughout... Im sure Pac will do much better than his rival JMM due to styles & being better suited to the higher weights but I really dont see him being good enough to go out & beat Mayweather... I do expect Manny to give FMJ tests that he`s never had before but I expect Mayweather to frustrate him from about rd 7 onwards, make Manny reluctant to steam in & have Manny exchanging boxing skills for the most part, all of which Mayweather will hand him a lesson of sorts. 8-4 UD for Mayweather in a fight were he more or lets let Pacquiao take the last rd using defence & trying to make him look silly. Thats my view.
If they ever fight, Floyd will slap Pacquiao silly for twelve rounds. Pacquiao has enough to worry about with Cotto.
