This is why Morales is my favorite out of the 3 Mexicans(him, MAB and JMM). And one of my all time favorite fighters. He has earned my utmost respect with that fight. Truly an amazing fighter. :bbb
It's amazing to watch again how well Marquez did in that fight, and how less then great he made Pac look at times. I have thought since he has been going up in weight that somebody would be able to get the better of him but he's looked better and better. Wonder if Marquez could still make it that close?
It was these 2 fights that made me such an admirer of Marquez, and I will always remain steadfast in my belief he won BOTH fights.
Morales was too big for Pacquiao in that first fight. Look at the video you can see theres a big difference. By the time of the rematch Pacquiao had really grown into that weightclass. As for Marquez, like i said earlier Marquez beats the crap out of mediocre fighters. Look what he did to Juan Diaz who many people (not me) said was ELITE. So if Pac is mediocre against counterpunchers then how come he did so much better than someone who is "elite" and also bigger.
With that much and Pac was still standing, this video was nothing more than Pac showboating by showing JMM how to take punches without going down.
I beg to differ D....PAC had moments just like JMM. JMM had a little more moments but PAC's moments were far more devastating. And no one is buying that out of 24 rounds PAC only had 2 rounds that he won.:rofl I know you are trying to give JMM credit but there is no need. he did well.....just not well enough to beat PAC. It's just a shame that PAC haters have to become so salty due to the sucess of PAC that they become completly blind to all the accomplishments he's conqured. For real D???.....2 Rounds out of 24 is all you gave PAC!:nut You're better than that brah.
LOL yea if you watch a replay made by a Marquez fan. But if you had actually seen the whole fights you'd know that Pacquiao had his share of masterful moments as well. He even knocked Marquez down 4 times, won many rounds, drew in the first fight and won the second one..
Science and logic goes out the window when it comes to Pac. I don't know how he'll beat Mayweather, but it will all work out. Trust me. :hi:
