I hope Margarito recovers but man he taken way too many blows over the course of his career. But that's what happens when you're slow and have no defense. You either KOed like what Mosley did to him, or you stay on your feet, but get your face busted up over 12rds.

No matter how much I dislike a fighter, I usually feel sorry for them when they're on the recieving end of a brutal beating.

But with last night, I was wearing a massive grin from ear to ear. Margarito deserved every punishing blow last night, and more. **** Tony, his trainer, and the *****-ass fans of his who defended their antics in the lead up to this fight.

I'm sure Rashad Holloway finds some poetic justice in that.

    A few questions, Tony....

    - Who's the little ***** now?
    - Was it Roach or Garcia who was trembling in fear?
    - Weren't you meant to be the wrong Mexican for Manny to **** with?

I was completely wrong about this fight, particularly going through the lead up to the fight, the chaos in Pac's camp, the determination in Margo's training, manifested in his physical transformation, confirmed in the weigh in...even the fighters' demeanor did not bode well for the Pacman...and to see this type of punishment, delivered by a man 17 lbs lighter, to a fighter who never had even a significant cut in his exceptional career spanning the past decade...exceeding conventional wisdom, defying logic, so unbelievably great in fact that others resort to ped accusation to make sense of it all...I guess that's par for the course when one reaches that rarified status of the GOAT, of Godhood in any endeavor.
