can't wait for the flip flopping on how to score a fight
vs. Bradley: effective aggressiveness is more important
vs. Marquez: workrate is more important

Al Haymon (Mayweather's adviser) has been trying to get in contact with Arum who has ignored him.

Last week though, Al managed to get through to Pacquaio.

Insider tells me Mayweather's manager Al Haymon has reached out personally to @MannyPacquiao. Doesn't mean fight happens in Dec., but ...

I honestly didn't want to see this fight again. We have seen the same fight multiple times. I was more intrigued with the Bradley rematch. I wanted to see how both would perform the next time around.

it's only a rumor and the last time Haymon negotiated for Floyd, Floyd didn't sign on to what Haymon agreed to.

well, if you want proof that Mayweather vs Pacquiao is and was dead...this is it. Nobody from either side made an honest effort to get the fight done.

Win situation for JMM and the fans who want Pac technically lose a fight the right way.

Lose situation for Pac because JMM is an old fighter. Who knows how much is lost from an athletic point of view. Its not gonna have the thunderworks like the previous 2 matches.

Shame that Pac fights a young hungry fighter, doesn't opp for the rematch and instead gives us a fight that is going to mirror the other 3. Pac HAS to win decicively if he wants a 50/50 cut against Mayweather Jr.

Never going to have many people happy with his list of choices, but Marquez was probably the best of the lot.

I'm a little disappointed its not Mayweather although I can't say I was expecting much. But Marquez is the next toughest opponent. People will say Pacquaio should reclaim his belt against Bradley, but instead he is fighting a tougher higher-ranked opponent trying to avenge a 'victory' that should have been a loss rather than a 'loss' that should have been a victory. And he will make more money of course.

Cotto and Bradley would have been quite pointless imo. This makes some sense. At least it should be an exciting fight, and tough to call.

That's both Marquez brothers got defining "quadrilogies":)huh)
Have any other set of fighting brothers come near to this at a high level?
Has Bobby P got a quadrilogy?

I'm willing to bet that 99% of the people who say they won't watch it jolly well will.
