The lawsuit stems from the allegations made to tarnish or destroy PACs rep. "Cause and effect". Floyd for whatever reason pushed the demands for Olympic style testing that came directly from the allegations HE AND HIS TEAM MADE.

The split was alwasy going to be an issue after the initial break down of the fight b/c Floyd knew he could out sell Manny in PPVs facing Shane where PAC was on tap to face Josh.

I have a feeling that this may have been planned. Floyd knew he didn't have the leverage necessary to get the lion's share in the 1st round of negotiations so he found a way out of the fight with the allegations and demands for olympic testing.

Fast fwd.....his PPV #'s with Shane doubled what PAC did with Josh! Therefore giving Floyd leverage in round 2 of negotiations. He can request the lions share becasue of how things played out with the two fights.

I don't think it's fair, but I have to admit if Floyd laid this out so he can have added leverage to get what he wants....Which is MORE MONEY....he did a great job. Greedy *******....but he's very smart.

And PAC got FAAAAR more than $8 Mill for the Josh fight. He made easily over 8 figures. Not as much as Floyd with Shane but that is to be expected.

Since i've been here i've seen countless losers challenging others to fights and as far as i know not even one of those fights actually happened.

This ***** *** is just another one of those losers that challenges other posters to a fight he knows will never happen.

LOL....your right, it is sad. For us as fans b/c we are the ones waiting on pins and needles for this fight to come off. Bottom line is this fight HAS to happen and with the way things have played out it looks like Floyd has won round two by getting what he wants. I think Manny acknowledges that but he still has the "Lawsuit" card that I'm sure Arum is playing on behalf of PAC as a way to get MORE MOENY for him and his fighter.
