    That version of Pac was on a mission. A stoppage of Loma would not have surprised me.

    Marquez fought Pacquiao to near draws in three fights, so it stands to reason that Loma, who is a better fighter than Marquez, would have a shot at it.

    Never say never to Loma.

    Diaz was knocked out by Hank Lundy & Kendall Holt. Diaz beat* a Morales who had lost 4 of his last 5 fights.. & it was a highly questionable win anyway... Fully fit peak Loma would have toyed with that guy! Punching bag... I get I though, 'Loma was dropped so PAC would squash him'.. etc

    Umhh not so sure, you can't take away much from this fight as to how PAC would beat Loma cos Loma was carrying an injury & Diaz is nothing like him anyway except from being southpaw..

    PAC is a beast but Loma is a better natural boxer IMO

    Great fight though.

    I'm not asking how Loma would do against Diaz... I don't even want to imagine what Pacquiao would have done to Linares, but I imagine it would be gruesome.

    Arum would have never let Pacquiao near a guy as slick technical good as Loma, we all saw that when he ducked Raheem, Imo Loma beats Pac, Pac always had trouble with movers, look at what happened vs Larios he almost got ktfo. Loma UD

    That Pac couldn't even stop Larios and needed the whole fight to stop slow punching bag Diaz, what makes you certain of a Loma stoppage??

    I watched that fight recently. Highly recommend it.. Fantastic war! Larios was a warrior... Jumped up two divisions for this fight too! Probably Linares best win..

    Is that why Loma won't fight 40 year old Pac at anything above 135?

    Besides, Loma ain't boxing off the backfoot — he will be coming right at Pac all night, which plays into prime Pac's strengths.

    So...Pac has to have KO'd Larios...in order to KO anyone else? Great logic.

    Loma circles & side steps & frustrates Pac with clever counters :)

    So I'll go with the better, natural & more skilful boxer. The matador is smarter than the bull..

    & no one really wants to see Loma v a 40 year old Pac now it's a silly fight. Get over that one.. It would be a drubbing! He'd have a punchers chance at this stage...
