Why do the networks only care about american viewers?? Thats very irritating and frustrating for us fans in Europe. Its impossible to watch any of the big fights where i live

To be fair, a lot of athletes are not that savvy or informed about the business side of their sports.

Even so called athletes with "college" degrees barely got an education from their respective universities.

I think Manny is happy with the 10 Million Arum hands him per fight. Hes in such a position of leverage everywhere else that fighting is just one that he loves most but not the only source of income. For example, he can come up with an endorsement deal with anyone major corp in the country. He also has a bunch of successful businesses.

This explains alot of the confusion and turmoil that went on within the Pacquiao camp when Mayweather proposed random drug testing.

Initially, Freddie Roach in a salivating laugh said, "no problem as long as its not the day of the fight."

......meanwhile with Pacquiao back in the Phillipines, when word got out to him and his hanger on's, the tune changed.
Pacquiao who likely had not been informed of the random testing during the negotiations (just like now he's barely learning he's no longer with HBO) was not down with doing the random testing and a whole skew of embarrasing excuses followed along with it.

There is someone in Pacquiao's inner circle that knows of every single shenanigan that goes on with Manny Pacquiao.......people wonder why Koncz is even in Pacquiao's camp......to most Pacquiao team members he serves no purpose........

.....you put the pieces together and look at the whole puzzle, and it all comes together, Koncz serves his purpose and that purpose only he and Manny Pacquiao may know.

This is bull**** Divac I think you know it too. Its way more likely that pac isnt that bright and just manipulated by guys like arum and koncz who steal most of his money and make decisions for him that serve their interest. Pacquiao is the boss in the ring but ut outside of it he is being used as a brand to make money and he has little say in what happens to him and his career.
Sadly it seems that way. Luckily he is pinoy and they view him like Ali over there so he will never go really broke but I do believe he will end up with peanuts compared to what he should have had.

You're essentially calling the Pinoy people idiots with your response.

Pacquiao cant be that stupid when he's picked up the english language pretty well.

Pacquiao may not be the sharpest cat in the world, but I surely would'nt call him a dummy who's being taken advantage of.

Dont lie to yourself CB, the *******s want very badly that everything negative about Pacquiao not be true that they ignore every telling sign of wrong doing.
To simply dismiss these signs by outright calling them "not true" and make excuses for him, is plain wrong.
You dont have to bash Manny, but at the very least some of you *******s should put the pressure on Pacquiao and start to admit there are things within his camp that are embarrasing and outright look suspicious.

You can't really say they didn't want the Mayweather fight, because they have no way of knowing for sure that Mayweather would turn down the compromise.

It's more like they want the fight, but they don't want it to be on Floyd's terms.

No im calling their way of live over there cheaper then in the US thus making his money more valueble since verything there costs less.
He isnt stupid, but compared to guys like Arum in a language that isnt his native he is out of his league and gets used. I wish it wasnt like this but it seems like it is like that. Its disrespectful towards money and sadly will cost him a lot of money.
