Pacquiao Doing Plyometrics and Isometric

    this is old news buddy. being a sports bettor most of the sharps knew this before the dlh fight. a plain google of pacquiao plyometrics you would see that even in 2008 ppl were tlaking about ariza's tactics.

    being a biology major with focus in physiology. this makes complete sense.

    Anybody can do a decent 1 inch punch with just a few minutes of teaching the technique.

    It's just like in boxing, punching using your whole body weight, from your legs, to your hips, to your arm and ends with your fist.

    Not sloppy, weaker arm punches.

    Yes this old news, but Pac haters seems to overlooked plyo and iso as the main reason why Pacquiao is strong,explosive, have better balance and still fast at higher weights.

    im sure if the proper training was taught anyone could do it....i was just asking is it the same type of trianing or is that different all together what Bruce was doing?

    Probably something similar, but not yet formally organised and set up.

    Plyometrics, as far as I know, is what those "jumpsoles" are all about. The ones younger basketball players use to enhance their vertical leaping ability and quick sprints.

    No heavy, slow, repetitive weight training to build "show" muscles.
    Just doing quick, explosive, athletcic movements. Leaner muscles but wiry strong.

    It's certainly helped him maintain his speed and coughs, explosiveness at ww. Biology dictates that the added mass and age take their toll, but he's been able to keep it at bay with out of the box, well at least to boxing, fitness training.

    go watch the roach videos put out by title boxing. pacman was already doing plyometric workouts under ****** fortune.
