i ALWAYS thought floyd margo would have been awful (another floyd baldo)...but thats just me

i think cotto could have been/maybe still could be interesting for a few rounds....i could probably be suckered into paying out some cash for that one

Floyd vs Cotto would still be a quality fight, IMO.

    Floyd vs Margarito...not so much.

Floyd would win both, I think. Particularly, at the stages these fighters are right now, it is somewhat of a foregone conclusion that Floyd wins both by decision. But, Cotto, with Steward in his corner, would make for an interesting tactical display.

Precisely my fear. Arum's void is a long term vision; evident in all the TR ppv undercards which he rarely utilizes to properly promote a possible future opponent for the eventual main event winner.

GBP brought this **** on themselves, trying to steal top rank fighters, they tried that **** again with Donaire and it stalled his career. yeah Arum aint no saint thats for sure, but at least they don't steal fighters like GBP.

Cotto will always come to win, and will never be in a boring fight. The man refuses to clinch, nuff said. I think Cotto could steal a couple of rounds from PBF at least.

    Even more success for Manny.

PPV is all about marketing...people paying for the PPV's usually don't know much about boxing....they know who Mosley is...but they didn't know he was far gone...so they bought it.

Please explain how my post count, join date or vcash (?) relates to the fact that a "punching bag" landed more punches on Pacquiao than anybody not named Erik.

exactly, WAKE up people. and props to the commentators from FNF for standing up to the Pac-Mosley fight. Yeah it sold well on PPV. But how embarrassing for the sport that a fight like that could generate so much $$ and besides, what do you care how many buys the PPV gets? You aren't profiting from it?

blame Arum for that, and Mosley for accepting the fight.

Right but if people remembered Mosley fought Mayweather last year and got dominated. Fast forward a year later why would anyone care to see a 40 year old Mosley in with Pac

putting 2 and 2 together I still don't see why anyone with a brain would bother wasting $64 and change to see a past it Mosley.

same way ppl look at how the match up was with Shane do you really believe a boxer like Floyd is gonna be any better ? He does not have close to the chin of Mosley. He has fought 2 true WW's in 4 years one is 37 one is 39. He has not manned up since the last time he saw Elerbee.

Yea, I believe, just as every sane person does, that Floyd would put on a better performance than SSM. What's wrong with you?
