because the loss is arguable? it was a close fight, it's trollish to say either of them won clearly
and he redeems himself by beating a very good fighter in bradley, just compare wins, bradley and arguably marquez, floyd has cotto at 154

The lists just need to fluctuate like they did in the 90s and even early 2000s, it made fighters have to consistently fight quality opposition or risk losing their rankings. BHop destroyed 2 mediocre guys (when no promoters would do business with him) and he fell like 7 spots one year. Places shouldn't be keeping Pac #1 because Philippines accounts for a massive amount of web traffic (cough Cliff Rold/the scene cough). Floyd and Manny are 3 & 4 respectively on my list.

Dawson was ranked in the top 10 P4P he just came off a win over former P4P great Hopkins. Stop saying Dawson wasn't ranked because he was.

As it says on the link, the rankings are based on who is the best fighter as they should be! Not based on your thoughts on ranking and resume.

Think he means Dawson wasn't ranked at 168, the division Ward beat him in.

If that's the case then I guess Manny has only fought 2 ranked opponents in the last 3 years :rofl

Yeah it's why both Ward and Pacs win don't matter much. beating unranked or drained guys shouldn't count for a lot.
