Pacquiao might be a bit pissed off at missing this chance to fight Ricky.

if it wasn't all about money for hatton and he really wanted this fight bad
then he should've took the 55-45 split

Arum guaranteed Pacquiao £12 million for the Hatton fight, his guarantee for De la Hoya was less than that at £11 million. In addition he was offered the higher split of 52-48. No idea why he'd turn that down, he's not going to make anywhere near as much elsewhere.

Which is more important to Ricky, money or legacy? He always said he wanted to beat the best p4p in the world, then he should take the 45% and teach Pacquiao a lesson inside the Ring, not on the negotiating table. Like he and and his fans have been saying he can always fill out Wembley Stadium with anybody else. If all he wants out of boxing is the paycheck, then that's fine.

Hatton needs to think long term. If Hatton beats Pacquiao, he will become twice the draw he is today by adding the international market to his fanbase.

If Pacquiao beats Hatton, that does little to no difference to his drawing power. Pacquiao is expected to beat Hatton. He is already internationally recognized, and the British market won't support him no matter what he does.

also, if Pacquiao loses to Hatton, career-wise that will be a devastating loss. He will lose alot of drawing power.

If Hatton loses to Pacquiao, it makes no difference. His fanbase will support him with their british pounds no matter what happens.

I've always liked Manny, but his behavior in these negotiations is worse than anything Mayweather has ever done. Just take the ****ing fight already. 50/50 was fair and 52/48 more than fair.

You don't really believe that do you? People think i'm nuts but I say Pac will blow Hatton out inside of three rounds. Pac hits harder then anyone Hatton has faced recently and Hatton has been rocked bad lately. His time is over

in other words hatton needs pacman more than vice versa so hatton should just accept and get on with it
