At this stage of Pac's career, Arum probably wants Pac to fight Loma or Crawford. He wants to pass the torch over and figures the best way to put one of those guys over is to have them beat the hell out of Pac.

I think it's now Pac's people keeping him away from either of those fights. At this point, they just want a smooth landing over the next couple of years to keep money in Pac's bank account while keeping his popularity in the Philippines intact long enough to make a presidential run.

No point in Pac doing Crawford or Loma any favours.
