They don't want to see the fight if Pac is not ODSTed.

They don't want to see the fight if the ring is not 24 x 24.

What's the OBSTACLE in this fight NOW? Vacation and URGE. Nothing more. Those were the exct words straight from the horses mouth.

still not sure why so many pac fans take floyds "vacation" and "urge" comments out of context

speaking of straight from the horses mouth....after the imposed deadline arum gave floyd....arum took a conference call....he was asked "what concessions did manny make in regards to testing this time around"

his answer...straight from the horses mouth "i cant comment on that"

so what exactly did pac agree too? im sure someones gonna tell me "hey pac said hed do the testing"....oh ya? thats nice....it must be nice to say something to a reporter or on tv but never actually send a formal contract to the other party agreeing to the demanded terms

if floyd was serious in cleaning the sport, he would have clamored for it before pac came into the scene.

Well, was those not the exact reasons he used??????

The ODST was an afterthought, more like an announcement from Roger Mayweather after a few months when they denied the second negotiation happened.

If they stated first that Pac did not agree to their demand, then that settled the question. However, Gayweather just said "he lost his urge". Then after a few months when everybody including the media were saying that Gay ducked, the thing that looks like Alien stated that Pac did not agree and the rest of the camp including GBP simply stated that no negotiations occurred.

What Pac agreed or disagreed is immaterial. What Gayweather and his camp stated were. Why deny that there was a negotiation? They never reached a point to negotiate for terms anyway, so whatever Pac brings to the table is immaterial.

well what pac agreed or disagreed to is material

because floyd said in the ring after the mosley fight that he wanted random testing up until the fight....so that is the starting point of negotiations...if pac never agreed to the starting point .....did negotiations really ever start???....

sure greenburg could have sent emails or had phone contact with both parties trying to get something together....but if the first point of contention, the testing, isnt settled how do you even begin negotiating the mega fight??? you dont really

so where arum and greenburg may have felt they tried....the mayweather side may have felt like nothing was ever serious enough to deem it a negotiation.....like i said ...straight from arum "i cant comment on that" in regards to what concessions pac made...if he didnt make any(which is reasonable to assume)....then how do u start to hash out this fight?

It only becomes significant if they actually negotiated.

Otherwise, it would boil down to "he said, she said".

Arum was not trying to antagonize Gayweather with his comment otherwise it would kill the goose that lays the golden egg. Afterall, Gay is other party that would make the fight a superfight and Arum more wealthier. Arum is still a shrewd Jewish busineeman. Even in his recent interviews, he was so civil with Gay, saying that probably his and father's legal troubles are what is making the fight not possible.

It is called negotiation.Either direct or through third party. One has to offer, the other to counter-offer. Koncz might have offered 7 days, Gay would simply have to say it is not enough. And that is still a negotiaiton.

Pac might be willing to go down to day of the fight testig, but their initial offer is 7 days. Anybody who believes that it is just a needle is an idiot. If you get bruised at the elbow because of the procedure, it would surely affect your performance. That is probably the reason why Koncz offered 7 days. But it could still go lower if the negotiations happened.

You simply don't turn your back and deny that Pac's party offered something. Did it occur to you that Gay's camp never ever mentioned the cut-off that Pac's camp offered? They could have simply stated that we wanted a up to the fight testing, but Pac wants 7 or 14 days or 4 weeks, etc.... Instead it was just a blanket declaration that Pac refused.

to be honest...i dont believe my opinion to be true...its just speculation....and yer probably right on certain points

but you can see...that if floyd stated he wanted random, up until the fight, testing(which he did in the ring in front of the world after shane fight)....then thats where the negotiation has to start for him.......so if pac came at them and sent an email saying "well do 7 days".....sure in alot of peoples minds...thats technically a start of a negotiation....but you have to admit...you know how floyd is....and to floyd that may have been a joke to him "man i said random up until the fight...what is this ****".....so to him it may have never even started.....it really just depends on how literal you want to take the word "negotiation".....

i personally feel like floyd felt like they never reall got under way because the first point of contention was not met.....and he said "vacation" and "urge"...and pac fans have taken that and ran with it because it suits them

bob didnt comment....but he hasnt been shy before about talking on floyd...and hes even got shane doing some of his work now....just strange to me he wouldnt comment on pacs concessions and was sympathetic towards floyds legal situation...i dont think it had anything to do with being worried about alienating floyd from trying to get the fight done in the future.....i dont think floyd is going to let a sour relationship with arum, and arum talking **** on him, stop him from making 100 mil

They boo him because they obviously don't want Pacquiao to bow down to Mayweather's nonsense demands. Even if Pacquiao agrees, and this has been proven, he will come up with a new bull**** demand to permanently cancel the fight yet again. Mayweather DOESN'T want this fight, you can start 100,000 threads about Pac this and Pac fans that it won't change that fact. Who is the active fighter and who is busy making trash talk youtube videos and then apologizing for it?, you guess.
