Floyd can't sign a fight until February after it's determined if he will go to trial and, if so, when the trial will be.

Isn't it telling that Arum is rushing to sign a fight five months away instead of waiting 6 weeks to see what happens with Floyd?

If they really wanted the Mayweather fight, Arum could easily keep Mosley on the back burner until they have a chance to discuss 5/7 with Mayweather early February. They can still sign the Mosley fight early February and keep the same date if they need to.

 

pretty sure they know pbf doesnt want the fight/risk.
