Pacquiao fights dead guys!!!

Everybody says linear champ Sasakul, Lebdwabah, Marquez, Cotto, Morales, Barrera, etc. weren't.

100% true i cant deny that and pacquiao COULD have been a very great fighter had he not reached the superstar status of the pac now.

back in the day he was gagging to fight the best guys out there just like mayweather.. both were hungry fighters looking to make there mark

there is no doubt they have clearly reached that status... unfortunately for manny bob arum is a buisness man and calls the shots... so he wont take any risks with hes cash cow (which i understand from a buisness stand point but he is single handedly ruining boxing by doing this)

yes i dont know where people get this idea that 1 loss on a guys record suddenly makes him completely shot to ****... if that is true pacquiao was out of prime before hes career got a chance to grow...

plaster or not i feel cotto was fine (maybe a bit mentally shaken) if there was anything to blame he's loss on it would be the fact he barely had a trainer during that fight. but pacquiao was in hes prime NO ONE (with the exception of possibly mayweather) could have beaten him that night...

 

I only see mosley as a real money cherrypick, never liked that fight.
All the other fights have meaning allthough I disagree with the 8th title and winning vs marquez 3.

 

There's only 2 boxers I can think of that can give Pacquiao problems.

Morales and Marquez.

The rest of these cup cakes have to prove it.Including Money Void Mayweather.

Pacquiao should fight a young up and comer though.I have been saying this for a long time.

if you don't know mark johnson log off, go look up champions from before manny pacquaio was fighting and come back when you got a clue about the sport you're trying to talk about. jesus! if it ain't manny or someone manny fought they're irrelevant in the minds of *******s. It wasn't even long ago he was an active fighter and champion.... i think 2003 he still held wbo super fly belt.

Got KD'd by Katsidis. Lost by 13 points to Mayweather two years prior. I'd say "40% dead" is accurate relative to a prime Marquez.

when they accuse pac of cherrypicking, fighting no hopers, dead guys, etc.... they should at least mention the fighter he should have fought instead at that time.

 

From the sound of this thread, I was expecting a ghost-hunter kind of story. I guess I will leave disappointed.
