Exactly. But people clearly don't know how the legal system works.

    Funny to read, though.

I'm really starting to wonder if this is about winning the election at home.

I think one of the main reasons he's not taking the tests is because of his close entourage and the general feedback he gets from his people.

Americans and Europeans to a certain extent don't understand how important certain principles are for Asians in general... and even money can hardly change that... and yes politics must play a role there !

But how does Mosley evading being caught by the NASC despite being on illegal substances help Pac? If anything that reinforces Mayweathers notion that additional testing is needed.

That wasn't the standard testing procedures it was a pilot program so their was no chance Pac would have been subjected to this.

Yes, **** seems to be the only thing that comes from your posts.

Glad we can both agree on something:good

I am not a lawyer. I have an educational background in law. I don't believe Pacquaio or his lawyers believe he can win this . I think he's trying to shift public opinion in his direction and I believe he hopes that Mayweather and GBP will settle instead of spending a bunch of money to defend themselves. This is the same tactic that Mosley is employing against Victor Conte. Shane's lawyers keep making moves to extend the case in the hopes or reaching a settlement.

Many times, the law isn't that complicated. Anyone can do a quick search on defemation of character lawsuits. They'll see how hard they are to prove, especially when a public figure is involved. Pacquiao's lawyers know this. They're going to have to convince a judge that Mayweather and GBP actually accused Pac of taking PEDs, that they knew Pacquaio has never taken PEDs(How could they possibly know that Pac never took PEDs?), and that they were not simply giving their opinions when they spoke of Pac's PED usage.

I read the lawsuit. His case against Maywether Jr. is the weakest. His assertion that Mayweather Jr. even accused him of using PEDs is pretty weak. The suit against Schaefer is hearsay. The case against Mayweather Sr. is pretty flimsy, ditto with Hoya. His suit against Roger Mayweather is probably his strongest claim.
