How does a defamation suit assert Manny's innocence? All he's saying is that the defendants knew for certain that he wasn't taking steroids. Whether or not Pac is taking or has taken roids has NOTHING to do with it. He could be a martian, it makes no ****ing difference.

Whether he wins or loses, this proves NOTHING. Manny could be on every drug known to man, all this case alleges is that the defendants BELIEVED HE WASNT, and they made the accusations anyway.

Dude you've turned into a ******* or just a plain idiot.

Nah some people would rather see Pac retire then fight Floyd, and many have been on here saying as much. They try and use the cover that Floyd dont deserve a fight with Manny and stupid **** like that. *******s are happy that the fight is falling apart. Now if they can just get everyone to blame Floyd for it it would be like heaven for them.

The rest of us are pissed because we want to see the fight. I think that it would be an very interesting fight that I would slightly favor Mayweathe in. But I gave Pac a great shot at winning.

You know, that makes a lot of sense!

Maybe Pac will be so concerned about impressing the blood testers, that he'll wait in his bath tub through all training camp and avoid sweat. Or maybe he'd be forced to keep cooking all the time, to make sure the testers are well fed when they surprise him.

Wrong. You've turned into someone who doesn't understand defamation law and/or doesn't understand the PR value of lawsuits.

Mayweather started this bullsh*t and now he has to deal with it. F*ck him. Maybe next time he tries to pull this sh*t he'll think twice. No sympathy here, this is what he deserves. F*CK Team Mayweather.

Pacman is standing up for justice in this corrupt sport of boxing.

If he lets his name get stamped on, what about all those who follow him??

He needs to win this fight.... This legal fight.

You've managed to talk a lot and say nothing. There is no substance to your comment that can be countered. My bet is you did it on purpose.

PR value? what does that matter? If Pac gets proved to be on roids 5 years from now, that wouldn't change the verdict. Consider what is actually being alleged. This does not mean there will be a full investigation of Pacquiao's history to see if the allegations are true, rather it is an investigation of the comments and if the defendants had any basis for them at the time of accusation. If the courts would do a full investigation into the accuser's life, nobody would ever accuse anybody, who knows what skeleteons are in a person's closet.

I'm not a lawyer, just applying some common sense. You're obviously emotionally invested in the situation.

I'm the one who told you about it, remember?

How did that case turn out, you recall?

Oh, yeah -- the roid guy ended up with his case thrown out and sued for defamation himself.

As I said, the legal system will work the innocence/guilt issue out. If someone is stupid enough to file a suit and he's guilty, like Clemens seems to be, he'll end up looking like a fool.

    Think Pac's that dumb?

Of course I do. It's a good move for Pac because he's not being attacked in the ring but outside by people indirectly claiming he's a cheater. By calling him a cheater they're showing disrespect and obviously spitting on his accomplishments. Pac is a cold hearted man but getting outraged here should have been expected. I want to see a fight in the ring, that's what Pac was ready for, the Mayweather team obviously want a verbal challenge and Pac is taking none of it.
