The problem is that these demands should have NEVER been made based on what Floyd jr and Sr said publicly through several different media outlets. The whole "suspicion" situation was created by team mayweather...without cause.

 

Nothing is wrong with voicing an opinion.....but there's a difference. Floyd jr and sr have stated that PAC IS ON ROIDS or SOME KIND OF PEDs. Several different times. In more recent interviews Sr has been watching his words more carefully but the damage is done and he shot his mouth off and now will have to pay a price.

In the western world, making claims about another party that affects their reputation, person and life in any way, shape or form, is subject to legal action and if proved legit, will guarantee a heavy monetary penalty based on the presumption of reasonable financial losses incurred from that.
