Matter of fact any other sport where one participant put this allegations about another without a shred of proof . a lawauit would ensure immediately, you cant do that FFS

Pac has never failed a test for boxers !!!

Send somebody like bernstein on Floyds ass and we will see apologies galore !!

Might as well get one out to Paulie Malinaggi blasting that **** on multipe radio sites, take his winnings from the diaz fight as a payment for having a big mouth !!!

this is multi million dollar business boxing aside , pac is getting a dirty name.

senior's accusations were a flash in the pan. no one paid any notice.

junior didn't make accusations (to my knowledge) but he wanted the stricted testing given the status of the fight and i agree with this.

pac refuses to test and it all blows up.

pac should sue senior. he never said he wanted to sue a 6 weeks ago when it was said. it's only now after pac refuses the test and the world has begun to suspect he is doping.

pac hasn't failed tests but floyd wants stricter testing. there are many drugs going undetected so blood, saliva, urine, the whole shebang should be tested.

boxing is an incredibly egotistical sport where trash talking is second nature. i don't think these 2 components are found as commonly in any other sport.

pac hasn't failed a test but testing in boxing is poor.

funny how pac doesn't want to sue malignaggi but now he wants to fight him. weird that.

pacs making his own name dirty. until he decided to sue, it was merely trash talk and hype. he's blown this way out of portion and is ducking arguably the biggest fight in boxing history. shame on him.

Should have done this sooner. We live in a litigious society, you can't just go round making serious, basesless accusations and expect to get away with it.

Good news. Mayweather's proven yet again what a wanker he is. Typical, trouble-making accusations from a really horrible ****. Did he really want the fight? I doubt it.

It's amazing to think that PBF came back because of money problems and now, through his own doing, will be sued for slander which could possibly result in a very hefty lump of money being taken from his bank account:lol:. Also, I said this in the Choi thread the other day, but I feel it's an issue that people are still missing:

I think people are neglecting another point in the 'drug gate' (as I shall call it) controversy: PBF gets off on this **** and has been doing it for years. He finds ways to wind his opponents up and, as he knows Pac is a calm lad out of the ring, PBF knows that the drug allegations will **** Pacman off big-time. Maybe more hype? PBF is playing the villain as per usual and even got people on his back for sticking a spanner in the works when it came to the choice of venue. I still think that the fight will happen, but expect PBF to talk about nothing but drugs in every presser and interview prior to the fight.

Anyone else think that this is a ploy to get the fans thinking that there is geniune bad blood between the two prior to announcing the fight?

it would certainly heat up 24/7 wouldn't it.

it would infact help cos there isn't much time to advertise BUT this one issue has made the fight 50 times more known and talked about.

Manny steroids manny PEDs, HGH etc

that **** sticks. Pac has huge sponsors this could financially hurt him, he has a real case here !!

Imagine accusing Tiger Woods of being a sex freak with no evidence ???

Your ass would be canned !!

Who against? As far as I am aware Floyd Jr has not made a comment as to whether he thinks that Pac is taking PEDs, he is only pushing for more stringent testing pre fight...hardly the basis for a sucessfull law suit against him

Floyd is on radio accusing months before wanting more tests, Floyd sr a member of his sons team started it , their rumour has spead worldwide and they have successfully promoted it , imagine NIKE wanna can pacs ass

, this is not back and forth ,these are serious allegations for elite atheltes has another sports person pressed and apponent for drugs like this??

Floyd is not talking to commissions about improving testing methods hes talking about one opponent pac man, he suspects HIM:good

So the only person who can be sued is Floyd Sr. as he made the accusation, a suit against Floyd Jr would be considered vexatious as all he has done is ask for more stringent testing.

Its not going to happen. The last thing that Pac and Roach want is Ariza and Graham having to give detailed evidence in court, especially as one of them is a known and admitted doper
