LOL The problem is that NSAC is the one responsible for every drug testing all boxers through everytime they fight and Floyd is trying to wiggle out of it by saying that Pacquiao needs to do a lot more. What about the other boxers floyd had to fight? What about Marquez? According to you in another forum, him going up in weight has nothing to do with how pathetic he looked against Floyd right?
